Booking a 1-2-1 Energy Experience with Ria

Hey love. Thank you being here and for being you. The thought of spending a day with a similar soul focused on YOU and YOUR dreams makes me all kinds of happy.

During a 1-2-1 experience we will go deep into who you are when you aren’t trying to fulfil others expectations on who you SHOULD be. We will go big on boosting your clarity in your vision and supercharge your own confidence in your ability to make it happen.

The day will be tailored to you and so will be as unique as you are. To ensure we get the most out of our time together we will book a clarity call before the day to map out the perfect experience together. You will also be given some journalling questions to help you get clarity on what you need energetic support for and what the intention is that you wish to focus on.

Typically we will start the day with a class of crystal infused water and then straight into a guided deep Theta meditation where we will not only access your higher knowing but the words of wisdom from the creator of all there is. We will tap into the magic which surrounds us and download all that we need to supercharge our time while ensuring you are ready to claim the transformation we are seeking to create. While you are deep in meditation Ria will also balance your Chakras and clear any energetic blocks or hooks.

When you come around you will take out your journal (which you will find in your gift bag) and let the words flow.. any ah-has, any downloads and any worries which came up for you. You will be left to write freely for as long as you need to and during this time Ria will make you a cup of herbal tea designed to nourish your soul and sooth you emotionally. None of this should feel rushed… this is your time and we will honour divine timing throughout our session and trust that it will work out exactly as it should.

When you are ready you will sit with Ria and explore what came up for you and how this could impact your intention. What harmful beliefs are hidden in the words, where are the blocks and where do we need to focus.

Depending on what comes through during our session

• It may be that we spend time learning some new creative skills, pouring our intentions into products of your choosing while working on the blocks which are holding you back. There is something magical that happens when our hands are busy.. it is like our mind as invitation to run free.
• we may do EFT and work with the negative emotional energy which holds you back from truly going for all that you desire.
• we may do vision boards and timeline work to future set your dreams so you can move to a place of absolute certainty that this is the life you will be living.. it is just a matter of time.
• we may get all your ideas out onto a room of whiteboards and create a plan which brings together all of your incredible talents into one powerful business model
• or perhaps we will get technical and map out your ideas into a working website, email campaign or core social media calendar (yes we can do this in a day) so you can offer them to the world

I am sure your day will be a mix of many of the above in the perfect proportions to you.. this is what makes this experience so unique to you.

The only thing I can’t do for you is proof read your work for spellings or do your accounts… those two things are most definitely not in my zone of genius.

We will spend a powerful amount of time together to allow us time for reflection, transformation and inspired action if needed. You can experience massive shifts during our time together and will truly help you ignite your truest potential. I believe my mix of skills is unique from a first degree in computer science, a trained EFT and NLP trainer, a theta healing and crystal practitioner, a business coach for over a decade and a life long creative who has made a full time living selling jewellery, keepsakes and now candles and more for over 20 years.
