Delivery

Delivery is just £2.95 within the UK and will be sent via Evri Next Day courier service. We quote 3 days as we sometimes need to make an order or may not be able to get to the depot before the courier picks up however if you need something urgently simply tell us and we will always do our best. We pay the delivery on orders over £30 making it free to you 🙂 

Returns

We are so convinced that our products are made of the best possible quality and with love, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, or the product in any way please contact us where we would be more than happy to ensure we turn that around swiftly.  

*Please note that unless there is a problem with the way your candle burns after it has been lit for the first time, we are unable to accept returns of lit candles.  When making a return, if possible, we would love for you to take a little video of the problem you have found with the candle so that we are able to look into further batch testing and rectify where possible.
