We begin by gently tuning in to what your soul is calling in – your next chapter, your heart’s desires, your quiet hopes. Using our NOVARIA scent system, you’ll create a unique fragrance that represents your dream and anchors you into how you want to feel.
🕯 Candle Making with Your Dream Scent
You’ll blend and pour a beautiful soy candle infused with your custom scent – a light to guide your path forward.
🧴 Body Butter Blending & Aromatherapy Hand Massage
Create a luxurious, nourishing body butter in your chosen fragrance. As it sets, you’ll receive a grounding, aromatherapy hand massage to soothe your nervous system and connect you back to your body.
🧘 Guided Meditation with Crystal Healing & Reiki
Sink into deep relaxation during a Theta-guided meditation with crystal healing and Reiki energy. This part of the retreat helps you energetically align with your intention as your signature scent becomes your personal anchor.
🎨 Cream Tea & Creative Anchoring
Enjoy a delicious cream tea as we move into mindful creativity – decorating the vessels and labels for your candle and body butter. These become your vision boards in disguise – little altars to remind you of what you’re calling in.
