Our S.C.E.N.T. Circles
Ria’s hope is to bring people together to help them connect and step into the courage to be the messy human that they are.. no apology, no editing and no fear so they can ignite their truest potential and achieve all they dream of.
To do this she has created the ‘S.C.E.N.T.’ circles. Circles can be two friends, a powerful group of 8 or upto 20 people.
Ria hosts one around the New Moon for a super charged gathering where we will come together, share our hopes and desires for the month ahead and then create a little scented anchor to carry us through the month ahead along with some crystal fuelled fun.
Each workshop is fluid while contained within a simple supporting structure which includes a scent to help invoke a feeling to support you on your intention, a creative activity to help quieten the mind and take you deeper within yourself, some energy work which normally includes crystals but sometimes sound is enough and then something to help with our Neurology.. whether that is some Theta healing, a meditation or an NLP exercise… all leading you towards that transformation you long to see within yourself.
