Known as a Mbira or Marimba all over sub-Saharan Africa. Some pianos are traditional and timeless African instrument not tuned to an exact Western scale. These instruments are as much rhythmic as melodic. This one has been handmade from a halved coconut shell. Lightly strike the keys with both thumbs. Be careful you may find they are quite addictive.
